Relapses - what's your managing style?

Hello! I'm new to this forum and have no idea what I'm doing but I just wanted to ask for your collective wisdom regarding relapses.I was doing pretty well in January and then someone very dear to me ended up in hospital and then died 2 weeks later. That was 2 weeks ago now and since then I feel like I'm right back at the level I was last summer. I have panic attacks, zero energy, burning pain in my joints, muscle weakness, headaches, brain fog and all the rest of it.I'm not sure how to manage…See More

    Mitochondria treatment

Hi guys, has anyone had treatment with the clinic or someone else to help with mito function. I had a test done and it showed up a blockage restricting the production and recycling of atp and adp.

What supps were used and how effective were they?

    Thanks

Adventures in Healing: What do you put in your bath?

I love baths. Soaking in a warm bath surrounded by candles is just heaven! When I was first ill I thought I couldn't manage a bath as it gave me palpitations and dizziness, but then I discovered having slightly cooler and less deep baths that didn't cover my chest and opening a window (so it didn't get steamy) stopped these symptoms. Hooray!…

World Tapping Summit starting next week

    Hi,

there's a free online tapping summit starting next week (Mon 27th). You can sign up at www.thetappingsolution.com

I found out about it last year when someone posted it on here and found it really very useful. Some of the talks are better than others of course. It's run by the Ortners who were recommended on the 90 day programme for further EFT work.

Each talk is only available for 24 hours but you can record them for…
