Leigh Warre replied to Julie Dall's discussion What helps you to trust in life? in the group General M.E.
"Hey Julie, I agree with Crocus, some things I have more trust in than others, and some days more trust in certain things than in others. I try not to look at trust as a global issue.... I mean, otherwise, we probably wouldn't be able to get…"

Chasing away the Monday Blues .. what brings you joy?

I know, I know; joy is an elusive feeling when you're disabled by a chronic illness.

Perhaps because it is so elusive, many of us find it too exhausting to seek it out.

However; as much as we are called upon to find a genuine 'yin' state, the healing state that allows our bodies and minds to heal and repair themselves, we need genuine 'yang', the joyful energy that restores us and tops up our reserves.

    My first ever blog video

Hi everyone, I can't believe I made it through 30 posts in 30 days. All posts were generally drawn from my CFS experience though some were only very subtly related.

Here is the "recap" post which took all my courage because it included my first ever blog video: http://www.realitynibs.com/2012/05/01/recap-hawmc/

It's taken yet more courage to post it here. Quick hit publish before I change my mind!

as i said in m last blog i tried so many tools - eft, stops etc etc to no effect and it was only when i started to practice mindful presence in the now that i made progress  - the breathing now is when everything that is not…

I remember over ten years ago when my mental health problems were at their worst.  I was in hospital and my consultant commented that I needed to accept how things were.  I said nothing but inside I was outraged.  I was tortured by my emotions and feelings and did everything I could to drive them out of my head. …
